Robert Williams Therapeutic Massage PLLC is proud to provide massage therapy services to eligible Veterans through the VA Community Care Network.
If you have been referred to Robert Williams Therapeutic Massage PLLC for massage therapy through the VA Community Care Network, your authorized visits can be provided at our office.
What to Expect
Once your referral and authorization have been received, we can work with you to schedule your massage therapy appointments.
Your treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may focus on areas of pain, muscular tension, limited mobility, or other concerns identified during your sessions.
Our goal is to provide a comfortable, professional environment where you feel listened to and your treatment is centered around your needs.
Your Massage Therapy Sessions
Each session begins with a brief conversation about how you are feeling, areas of concern, and any changes since your previous appointment. Your massage therapy will then be adapted based on your current needs and comfort level.
Treatment may include a combination of therapeutic massage techniques depending on your goals and presentation.
Your VA Authorization
VA Community Care massage therapy is provided according to the authorization issued by the VA. Your authorization determines the number of approved visits and the period during which those visits may be completed.
I will keep track of your authorized visits and scheduling so you can focus on your care.
Scheduling Your VA Community Care Appointments
VA Community Care massage therapy appointments are scheduled directly with our office and cannot be booked online.
Once we have received and reviewed your VA Community Care referral and authorization, we will contact you to arrange your appointments.
This helps ensure that your visits are scheduled correctly and remain within the number of visits and authorization period approved by the VA.
